open with echo effect ( Q = Q Q Q Q )
Depress tremolo all the way and hit the low B string twice.
Release tremolo while scraping low B string with edge of pick.
Depress tremolo all the way and hit the low B string once.
Let the low B ring and release tremolo slowly.
As soon as the tremolo returns to normal position, turn off echo and
start the intro.
